• 摘要：

• Irisin是一种新型肌肉因子，由Ⅰ型跨膜分子纤连蛋白Ⅲ型结构域蛋白5剪切释放，主要参与调节机体糖脂代谢和能量输出。近来研究提示，Irisin在消化系统组织广泛表达，与多种消化系统疾病的发生发展关系密切。本文就Irisin的发现、组织分布、结构和功能及其在消化系统常见疾病中的水平变化的研究进展做一综述。

• Irisin, a novel myokine, is cleaved and released by the type Ⅰ transmembrane protein, fibronectin type Ⅲ domain-containing 5, and plays critical roles in regulating glycolipid metabolism and energy expenditure. Recent studies suggest that Irisin is widely expressed in digestive system tissues and correlates closely with the development of many digestive system diseases. This article reviews the discovery, tissue distribution, structure and function of Irisin and the changes of its level in common digestive system diseases.
