• 摘要：

• 腹部卒中是临床上罕见的急腹症之一，以发病急骤、病情凶险及高病死率著称。腹部卒中患者通常表现为腹痛和休克,但由于临床表现缺乏特征性，且无特异性检查方法 及确切的诊断标准，首诊医师的误诊率居高不下，且其确切的发病机制尚未明确。本文通过对腹部卒中的临床诊疗进展进行综述，以期为腹部卒中的正确诊断及治疗提供参考。

• Abdominal apoplexy is one of the rare acute abdominal diseases, which is famous for its acute onset, dangerous and high mortality rate. Patients with abdominal apoplexy usually present with abdominal pain and shock. However, due to the lack of characteristic clinical manifestations, no specific examination methods and exact diagnostic criteria, the misdiagnosis rate of the first physician was high, and the exact pathogenesis is not clear. This paper reviews the progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment of abdominal apoplexy, in order to provide reference for the correct diagnosis and treatment of abdominal stroke.
