产科脓毒症的治疗进展

• 摘要：

• 脓毒症是导致孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一。脓毒症的临床症状隐匿且不明显，一旦病情恶化，就可能迅速发展为脓毒性休克、多器官功能衰竭甚至死亡。而妊娠期脓毒症的诊断和治疗往往由于妊娠期的生理变化以及在最早期缺乏典型的症状和体征而被延误。目前对于产科合并脓毒症的治疗措施是一旦怀疑或确诊脓毒症，第一时间给予经验治疗。本文主要对产科脓毒症的治疗方面研究进展进行综述，以期能为临床工作提供帮助。

• Sepsis is one of the causes leading maternal mortality. The clinical symptoms of sepsis are insidious and not obvious. Once the disease worsens, it may rapidly develop into septic shock, multi-organ failure, even death. The diagnosis and treatment of gestational sepsis are often delayed due to the physiological changes during pregnancy and the lack of typical symptoms and signs at the earliest stages. The current treatment measures for obstetric sepsis are the first time to give empirical treatment once sepsis is suspected or confirmed. In this paper, the research progress in the treatment of obstetric sepsis is reviewed in order to provide help for clinical work.
