• 摘要：

• 儿童急性骨髓炎具有严重的破坏性，致残率高，延误治疗可导致关节软骨破坏、关节僵硬、病理性脱位、骨折等严重并发症。骨髓炎感染部位深、或因全身其他部位感染症状所掩盖，可能出现漏诊或误诊。故早期诊断和及时治疗显得尤为关键。本文就儿童急性骨髓炎的诊断及治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。

• Acute osteomyelitis in children is very destructive and has a high disability rate. Delayed treatment can lead to serious complications such as articular cartilage destruction, joint stiffness, pathological dislocation, fracture and so on. Due to the deep infection site of osteomyelitis, or covered by infection symptoms of other parts of the body, missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis may occur. Therefore, early diagnosis and timely treatment are particularly important. This paper reviews the diagnosis and treatment of acute osteomyelitis in children.
