我国终末期肾病患者透析治疗的现状

• 摘要：

• 终末期肾病(ESRD)影响人口众多，透析患者的数量也在急剧增加。但不同国家和地区之间使用透析治疗ESRD的方法差异较大，了解透析患者的特征和治疗是评估这部分人群的治疗情况与结果之间关系的第一步。本文根据全国血液净化病例信息登记系统数据，对照国外ESRD的治疗情况和经验，对我国透析患者的医疗状况和特征加以综述，以期提高对ESRD的认识和防范意识，为ESRD患者的治疗决策提供参考。

• End-stage renal disease (ESRD) affects a large number of people, and the number of dialysis patients also increases sharply. However, the use of dialysis to treat ESRD varies substantially between different countries and regions. Understanding the characteristics and treatment of dialysis patients is the first step in assessing the relationship between treatment and outcomes in these populations. Based on the Chinese National Renal Data System and the compared with experience and treatment of ESRD abroad, this paper summarizes the medical conditions and characteristics of Chinese dialysis patients, in order to improve the awareness and prevention of ESRD and provide reference for the treatment decision of ESRD patients.
