• 摘要：

• 依托咪酯具有对循环影响小、血流动力学稳定的独特优势，尤其适用于老年、并发心血管疾病、危重症患者的麻醉诱导。然而其不良反应如肾上腺皮质功能抑制、苏醒延迟和肌阵挛等曾很大程度上限制了其广泛应用。不过近年来的研究发现，依托咪酯对肾上腺皮质功能的抑制作用是可逆的，短时间内的持续输注也是安全合理的。并且研究者们通过一系列的试验研究，找到了一些针对依托咪酯常见不良反应的预防和解决方法。因此，本文就依托咪酯的药物作用优势、临床应用中出现的主要不良反应及预防新策略进行综述，为提高依托咪酯应用的安全性提供一定的临床依据。  products for children. areast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin'>； 3北京达因高科儿童药物研究院有限公司 100176

  
  

  
  

• Etomidate has the unique advantages of little influence on circulation and stable hemodynamics, especially suitable for anesthesia induction in elderly, complicated with cardiovascular diseases and critically ill patients. However, its adverse effects such as adrenocortical function inhibition, delayed awakening, myoclonus and so on largely limit its wide use. Recent studies have found that the inhibitory effect of etomidate on adrenocortical function is reversible, and continuous infusion in a short period of time is safe and reasonable. In addition, through a series of experimental studies, researchers have found some preventions and solutions to common adverse reactions of etomidate. Therefore, in this paper, the advantages of etomidate in drug advantages, the main adverse reactions in clinical application and the new prevention strategies are reviewed, so as to provide some clinical basis for improving the safety of etomidate.
