• 手术切除依然是大多数实体肿瘤的主要治疗手段，患者术后面临一系列功能恢复的问题。快速康复理念的应用促进了患者术后恢复，提高了其生活质量。传统医学在患者术后功能恢复中有重要意义，本文在总结我们一些相关临床课题基础上，以胃癌手术为例，对快速康复中的中医元素作一论述。

• Surgical resection is still the main treatment for most solid tumors, and patients face a series of functional recovery problems after surgery. The application of rapid rehabilitation concept promotes the recovery of patients after surgery and improves the quality of life. Traditional medicine has great significance in the functional recovery of patients after surgery. This article summarizes some relevant clinical topics of the author, taking gastric cancer surgery as an example, and discusses the elements of traditional Chinese medicine in rapid rehabilitation.
