目的 探讨24 h尿标本生化检测中钙磷镁离子测定值的影响因素。方法 选取2020年3—6月中国人民解放军总医院海南医院门诊或住院患者的61份24 h新鲜尿标本。每份标本分成4份,其中3份按照试剂盒推荐的检测pH值(钙离子3~4、磷离子<3、镁离子1)以盐酸分别酸化尿液,分别测定各份标本常温条件下即时(0 h)及放置24 h后钙磷镁离子的浓度,对各条件下测定值分别进行比较。结果 常温即时检测中酸化后磷镁离子含量低于未酸化时[(11.16±0.86)mmol/24 h比(11.36±0.88)mmol/24 h、(1.82±0.14)mmol/24 h比(1.84±0.14)mmol/24 h],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。未酸化标本放置24 h后钙磷离子含量均低于常温即时[钙离子:(1.91±0.21)mmol/24 h比(2.08±0.22)mmol/24 h,放置24 h后磷离子:(11.15±0.88)mmol/24 h],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。酸化尿标本放置24 h后磷离子含量[(11.42±0.86)mmol/24 h]高于即时检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放置24 h后,酸化尿标本钙离子[(2.14±0.22)mmol/24 h]、磷离子检测结果高于未酸化标本,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在24 h尿标本的检测中,标本的pH值及放置时长对于钙磷镁离子的测定值存在不同影响。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium ions measured value in 24-hour urine specimen biochemical detection. Methods Totally 61 fresh 24 h urine samples from outpatients or inpatients in Hainan Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital from March to June 2020 were selected. Each sample was divided into 4 parts, of which 3 parts were acidified with hydrochloric acid according to the detection pH value recommended by the kit(calcium 3-4, phosphorus<3, magnesium 1). The concentrations of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium ions in each part of sample were measured real-time (0 h) at normal temperature and 24 h after storage, and the measured value under each condition was compared. Results In real-time detection at normal temperature, the contents of phosphorus and magnesium ions after acidified were lower than those non acidified[(11.16±0.86)mmol/24 h vs (11.36±0.88)mmol/24 h, (1.82±0.14)mmol/24 h vs (1.84±0.14)mmol/24 h](all P<0.05). The contents of calcium and phosphorus ions in non acidified samples 24 h after storage were lower than those in real-time at normal temperature[calcium ion: (1.91±0.21)mmol/24 h vs (2.08±0.22)mmol/24 h, phosphorus ion 24 h after storage: (11.15±0.88)mmol/24 h], and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The content of phosphorus ion in acidified urine samples 24 h after storage[(11.42±0.86)mmol/24 h] was higher than that in real-time detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 24 h of storage, detection results of calcium [(2.14±0.22)mmol/24 h] and phosphorus ions in acidified urine samples were higher than those in non acidified samples, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion In the 24 h urine sample detection, the measured values of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium ions are significantly different influenced by the pH value and storage time.
