• 摘要：

• 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄期妇女常见的生殖内分泌疾病，严重危害患者的身心健康。PCOS发生的病理生理过程中常合并多种代谢异常，是心血管疾病发生的重要危险因素。本文将从PCOS患者心血管疾病发生率，肥胖与脂代谢异常、胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症等心血管疾病相关危险因素，以及心血管疾病的防治等方面进行综述。

• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age, which seriously harms the physical and mental health of patients. The pathophysiological process of PCOS is commonly accompanied by a variety of metabolic abnormalities, which are important risk factors for the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviews the incidence, correlating risk factors such as obesity, abnormal lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia, and puts forward the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in PCOS patients.
