• 四物汤的应用从古至今已有悠久的历史，原为外伤“重伤肠内有淤血者”而设，后世多用于治疗血虚血滞等疾病。对于这一补血调经的良方，国内外学者进行了广泛而深入的研究，发现四物汤及组方中药的有效成分具有补血、调经、雌激素样作用、抗氧化、改善脑损伤、抗癌等多种药理作用，并且在妇科、骨科等临床方面的疗效较为显著。本文对近年来的研究成果进行了梳理和总结，将四物汤的药理作用和临床应用进行综述，以期为四物汤的深入研究提供理论依据，为临床用药提供参考。 span>2 颜倩2 赵丕文2

  
  

  
  

• From ancient times to modern, Siwu decoction has been used for centuries-old history. It was designed for traumatic patients with "serious intestinal congestion". Later it was used to treat blood deficiency and stagnation. Scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive and in-depth research on this active prescription. Siwu decoction and its active ingredients are found to have various pharmacological effects, such as blood supplementation, menstruation conditioning, estrogen like effects, antioxidation, amelioration of brain damage, and anticancer. At meanwhile, its clinical efficacy in gynecology and orthopedics is significant. This article combs and summarizes the recent research results and reviews pharmacologic action and clinical applications of Siwu decoction, so as to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research of Siwu decoction and reference for clinical medication.
