• 摘要：

• 变应性鼻炎（AR）是耳鼻喉科最常见的疾病之一，其发病机制复杂且目前尚未被完全阐明。在不同因素刺激下，鼻黏膜感觉神经纤维末梢释放神经肽，由其所引发的神经源性炎症在AR发病机制中的作用已经成为目前研究的焦点。神经肽是诱导神经源性炎症的重要介质，其中研究最广泛的当属P物质。本文对神经肽P物质在AR发病机制中的作用以及基于P物质研究所衍生出的治疗策略进行综述。

• Allergic rhinitis (AR) is one of the most common diseases in otolaryngology, its pathogenesis is complex and has not been fully elucidated. Under the different factors stimulation, nasal mucosa sensory nerve fiber endings release neuropeptides and trigger the neurogenic inflammation, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AR and has become one of the focus of current research. Neuropeptides are important mediators of inducing neurogenic inflammation, among which substance P (SP) is the most widely studied. This article reviews the role of neuropeptide SP in the pathogenesis of AR and the therapeutic strategies derived from SP studies.
