• 摘要：

• 当前，对于各种病因引起的低氧血症、呼吸衰竭，氧疗是治疗环节中必不可少的一部分。高流量鼻导管吸氧作为一种无创的供氧方式，最初应用于婴幼儿，因其安全性及有效性逐渐得到认可，现在成人中的应用受到越来越多的关注。高流量鼻导管吸氧是指将高流速的空氧混合气通过一定的加温、加湿装置，再经鼻导管输送至人体的一种氧疗方式；临床上可根据病情需要，调节气体流速的大小，目前使用的最大流速可达60 L/min。慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）作为呼吸系统常见的一种疾病，尽管关于COPD的研究很多，但人们仍在寻找更加有效且安全的治疗方法。近年来关于高流量鼻导管吸氧在COPD患者中的应用逐渐增多，本文旨在梳理当前高流量鼻导管吸氧在COPD中应用的研究进展。

• Nowadays, oxygen therapy is one of the essential part in the therapy of hypoxemia and respiratory failure for variable reasons. High flow nasal cannula oxygen inhalation (HFNC)is a noninvasive oxygen therapy. It is firstly used in infants and children and is more and more popular in adults for its efficiency and safety. HFNC can modify the flow of the heated, humidified and mixed gases of air and oxygen, deliver to human body through nasal cannula, and the largest flow is 60 L/min in practice. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common respiratory disease, despite a lot of trails concern with it, but in the aspect of therapy, the more efficient and safer way is still exploring. In recent years, the application of HFNC to COPD is increasing, and the aim of this paper is to identify its research progress of use and mechanism.
