• 摘要：

• 噬菌体发现于20世纪初期，是能够感染细菌、放线菌、真菌等微生物的病毒总称。近年来为了应对抗菌药物滥用而导致的耐药菌出现，对噬菌体与抗菌药物联合使用的研究受到了人们的重视。本文从噬菌体的生物学特征、噬菌体与抗菌药物联合使用的作用机制以及联合使用对相关病原菌的作用等方面，对噬菌体联合抗菌药物对抗病原菌的研究进展进行综述。

• Bacteriophages are viruses discovered in the early 20th century that can infect bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi and other microorganisms. In recent years, in order to address the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria caused by the abuse of antibiotics, researches on bacteriophages have attracted people′s attention. This paper summarizes the research progress of bacteriophages combined antibiotics against pathogen from biological characteristics of bacteriophages, the mechanism of combination of bacteriophages and antibiotics, and the effect of the combination on related pathogen.
