• 摘要：

• 脑卒中以其高发病率、高致残率、高复发率、高死亡率影响着世界上数以千万的人们。现有的脑卒中康复注重于功能，缺乏结构化运动，忽视了危险因素的控制，不利于二次卒中的预防，也无法兼顾高血压、冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）、糖尿病等合并症的康复。心脏康复侧重于运动和危险因素管理，能有效控制心血管危险因素，改善心脑血管疾病患者的预后。心脏康复对脑卒中康复的补充和完善作用逐渐得到重视。本文对脑卒中患者参与心脏康复的必要性、可行性、形式、时机、方案、临床获益和障碍进行综述，以促进脑卒中临床康复治疗的进一步发展和完善。

• Stroke is a disease characterized by high morbidity, disability, recurrence rate and mortality, affecting millions of people in the world. The current stroke rehabilitation focuses on the functions, lacks structured exercise, and ignores the control of risk factors. It is not conducive to prevent the recurrence of stroke, and is unable to envolve the rehabilitation of hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, diabetes mellitus and other complications. Cardiac rehabilitation focuses on exercise and risk factor management, which can effectively control cardiovascular risk factors and improve the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Cardiac rehabilitation as a supplement and improvement of cerebral apoplexy rehabilitation has been gradually realized. In this paper, the necessity, feasibility, form, opportunity, scheme, clinical benefits and obstacles of patients with stroke in cardiac rehabilitation were reviewed, so as to further develop and improve the clinical rehabilitation treatment of stroke.
