• 摘要：

• 胃肠道恶性肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，死亡率居世界恶性肿瘤前列。目前胃肠道恶性肿瘤的诊断多依据影像学检查、组织细胞学和肿瘤标志物检测等方法。胸苷激酶1是一种细胞增殖标志物，是DNA补救合成途径中的关键酶之一，广泛应用于实体肿瘤的早期诊断、疗效监测和预后评估中。细胞角蛋白19是细胞角蛋白家族成员之一，是反映新生上皮细胞增殖活跃程度的特异性标志物。本文对胸苷激酶1和细胞角蛋白19的结构、功能、检测方法及其在胃肠道恶性肿瘤中的应用进展进行综述。

• Gastrointestinal malignancy is one of the most common malignancies in the world. At present, imaging, histocytology and tumor markers are mostly used to diagnose gastrointestinal malignancy. Detection of appropriate tumor markers can improve the diagnosis rate of tumor. Thymidine kinase 1(TK1), a cell proliferation marker, is one of the key enzymes in the DNA repair synthesis pathway and is widely used in the early diagnosis, efficacy monitoring and prognosis evaluating of solid tumors. Cytokeratin 19 (CK19), a member of the cytokeratin family, is a specific marker that reflects the proliferation activity of newborn epithelial cells. This article reviews the structure, function, detection methods and application of TK1 and CK19 in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies.
