• 摘要：

• 肝素是一种广泛应用于临床的抗凝血药物，尤其在血栓栓塞性疾病、心血管手术、体外循环、血液透析等治疗中是必不可少的。然而，肝素因其药理学特性在个体间的应用有很大差异，但是尚无准确的个体化治疗方案。肝素敏感性个体差异会导致抗凝不足或抗凝过量等不良反应发生，如何精确有效地抗凝是我们期望解决的问题。本文对肝素的作用机制、临床应用、敏感性监测方法及敏感性相关因素进行综述，并对个体化用药进行展望。

• Heparin is an anticoagulant drug widely used in clinic, especially in thromboembolic diseases, cardiovascular surgery, cardiopulmonary bypass, hemodialysis and other applications. However, due to its pharmacological properties, the application of heparin varies greatly among individuals, and there is no accurate individualized treatment plan. Individual differences in heparin sensitivity may lead to adverse reactions such as anticoagulant insufficiency or anticoagulant overdose. Therefore, how to accurately and effectively anticoagulant is a problem to solve. There are many factors related to the difference of heparin sensitivity, and monitoring heparin sensitivity is helpful for the reasonable implementation of individualized anticoagulation. This article summarizes the mechanism, clinical application, sensitivity monitoring and sensitivity related factors of heparin, and the individualized medication is proposed.
