• 摘要：

• 川崎病及所致冠状动脉病变是儿童时期较常见的获得性心血管疾病之一，随着研究的进一步深入，对川崎病及所致冠状动脉病变的病因学、流行病学、发病机制等方面的研究已经取得了一定进展，目前认为川崎病及其冠状动脉病变的病因与发病机制主要与感染因素、遗传易感因素、免疫学因素等有关，且与川崎病患儿个体的种族、年龄等流行病学特征存在一定关联，但目前仍无定论。本文将结合川崎病冠状动脉病变病因与发病机制进行综述。

• In children with coronary artery lesions (CAL) in Kawasaki disease(KD) is more common in pediatric acquired cardiovascular diseases. With the further development of the etiology, epidemiology and pathogenesis in KD and CAL, studies have been found that infection factors, genetic susceptibility factors, immunological factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of KD and CAL. Moreover, there is no conclusion yet. This article reviews the research progress of the etiology, pathogenesis in KD and CAL.
