儿童巨大罕见卵巢肿瘤合并肾积水2例

• 摘要：

• 收集云南省昆明市儿童医院2例罕见巨大卵巢肿瘤合并肾积水患儿的临床资料、实验室检查、影像学资料、病理结果 。2例患儿均行手术切除肿瘤，1例患儿术后病理诊断卵巢横纹肌肉瘤，1例术后病理诊断为卵巢黏液性交界性肿瘤，手术均切除患侧卵巢肿瘤及附件，术后随访2例患儿肾积水均好转。儿童卵巢肿瘤不易被早发现和早诊断，巨大卵巢肿瘤可压迫输尿管出现肾积水，及时手术解除梗阻后肾积水可消失，手术治疗应综合考虑到完整切除肿瘤和保留生育能力的问题。

• The clinical data, laboratory examinations, imaging data, and pathological Results were collected in two rare children of huge ovarian tumors accompanied with hydronephrosis admitted to Kunming Children′s Hospital, Yunnan Province. Both of the children underwent the tumor resection, one of postoperative pathological diagnosis was ovarian mucinous borderline tumor, and the other one was rhabdomyosarcoma. Ovarian tumors and appendages were removed by surgery, and the hydronephrosis improved during postoperative follow-up. Ovarian tumors in children are not easy to be detected and diagnosed early. Huge ovarian tumors can compress the ureter and cause hydronephrosis, which can disappear after the obstruction removed in time. Surgical treatment should comprehensively consider the problem of complete tumor resection and fertility preservation.
