• 摘要：

• 糖尿病膀胱功能障碍是糖尿病下尿路症状中常见的并发症之一，临床表现多样，代偿期到失代偿期发病机制各不相同。逼尿肌功能和结构的改变，可能是多种机制作用的直接体现，氧化应激被认为是糖尿病膀胱病变的一个关键因素。本文对糖尿病膀胱功能障碍各病程阶段的发病机制作一综述，以期为今后的诊治提供新的方向。

• Diabetic bladder dysfunction（DBD） is one of the most common complications of diabetic lower urinary tract symptoms, with various clinical manifestations and different pathogenesis from compensation to decompensation. Changes in detrusor function and structure may be the direct reflection of multiple mechanisms, and oxidative stress is considered to be a key factor in diabetic cystopathy. This article reviews the pathogenesis of DBD in different stages, in order to provide new directions for diagnosis and treatment in the future.
