• 髓样细胞触发受体1（TREM-1）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一，广泛表达于髓系细胞，如单核细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞和树突状细胞，被认为是炎症反应中的关键参与者。缺血再灌注损伤可发生在全身任何血流供应的组织或器官，是许多疾病预后不良和高死亡率的原因，而TREM-1参与了多种缺血再灌注损伤过程，并发挥着重要作用。本文对TREM-1在肠、肝、肾、心、脑缺血再灌注损伤中作用的研究进展进行综述。

• The triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is widely expressed in myeloid cells, such as monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils and dendritic cells, which are considered key players in the inflammatory response. Ischemia-reperfusion injury can occur in any tissue or organ supplied by blood in the body, and is the cause of poor prognosis and high mortality in many diseases. TREM-1 is involved in a variety of ischemia-reperfusion injury processes and plays a crucial role. This article reviews the research progress of the role of TREM-1 in ischemia-reperfusion injury of intestinal, liver, kidney, heart, and cerebral.
