宫颈癌放疗致腰骶丛神经损伤1例

• 摘要：

• 宫颈癌放疗后可发生迟发性腰骶丛神经损害，感觉系统受损害较重，可伴有肌无力，值得临床重视并应及时给予相应治疗。该症腰椎磁共振成像可见神经根增粗，感觉神经传导未测出，针极肌电图有束颤单位，神经活体组织检查以慢性轴索损害为主，临床上给予丙种球蛋白静脉滴注治疗有效。本文报道放疗致腰骶丛神经损伤1例，并结合文献进行性分析，探究放疗引起腰骶丛神经损伤的临床表现、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。

• Delayed lumbosacral plexus injury may occurr after radiotherapy for cervical cancer, and the sensory system is severely damaged, accompanied by muscle weakness, which is worthy of clinical attention and timely treatment. Lumbar magnetic resonance imaging showed thickening of nerve roots, no sensory nerve conduction is detected, beam fibrillation units are found in electromyography of needle pole, and chronic axonal damage is the main factor in nerve biopsy. Intravenous infusion of gamma globulin is effective in clinic. One case of lumbosacral plexus injury caused by radiotherapy was reported and analyzed according to literatures, in order to investigate the clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment of lumbosacral plexus injury caused by radiotherapy.
