• 摘要：

• 支气管肺发育不良（BPD）是早产儿常见的慢性呼吸系统危重疾病之一，一旦发生不可逆转，严重影响存活患儿的远期生活质量，对家庭及社会经济产生巨大的负担。因此，有大量关于早期预测BPD发生的临床前研究和临床研究，主要包括影像学、体液生物标志物、肺功能及表观遗传学等，但尚未发现一种能够直接运用于临床的特异性生物标志物。本文将结合BPD发生的病理生理演变，从炎症相关生物标志物、肺泡上皮细胞及纤维化相关生物标志物、肺血管生成相关生物标志物及肺动脉高压相关生物标志物方面对早期预测BPD的研究作一综述，以期为BPD的进一步临床研究和治疗提供参考。

• Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is one of the common chronic critical respiratory diseases in preterm infants, and once it occurs irreversibly, it seriously affects the long-term quality of life of surviving children and imposes a huge burden on families and the society. Therefore, there are a large number of preclinical and clinical studies on early prediction of BPD occurrence, mainly including imaging, humoral biomarkers, lung function and epigenetics, but a specific biomarker that can be directly applied in the clinical setting has not yet been identified. This paper reviews researches on early prediction of BPD from inflammation-related biomarkers, alveolar epithelial cells and fibrosis-related biomarkers, pulmonary angiogenesis-related biomarkers and pulmonary hypertension-related biomarkers, taking into account the pathophysiological evolution of BPD occurrence, in order to provide reference for further clinical research and treatment of BPD.
