急性肾损伤是脓毒症的严重并发症之一,预后差,病死率高。早期预测脓毒症合并急性肾损伤(SAKI)并及时予以肾脏保护是非常必要的。肝素结合蛋白参与了SAKI的发生,且较传统标志物具有更多优势,有望成为早期预测和诊断SAKI的生物学标志物之一。本文从SAKI的发病机制、相关生物标志物在SAKI中的研究进展、肝素结合蛋白的特性、肝素结合蛋白在SAKI中的研究进展方面进行综述,就肝素结合蛋白与SAKI的相关性及其较其他标志物的优势进行总结分析,为临床早期预测和诊断SAKI提供一定帮助。
Acute kidney injury is one of the serious complications of sepsis, with poor prognosis and high mortality. Early prediction of sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury(SAKI) and timely renal protection are necessary. Heparin-binding protein is involved in the occurrence of SAKI and has more advantages than traditional markers, promising to be one of the biological markers for early prediction and diagnosis of SAKI. This article reviews the pathogenesis of SAKI, the research progress of related biomarkers in SAKI, the characteristics of heparin-binding protein, and the research progress of heparin-binding protein in SAKI, summarizes the correlation of heparin-binding protein with SAKI and its advantages over other markers, and provides some help for early clinical prediction and diagnosis of SAKI.
