我国村卫生室研究现状和热点及趋势的可视化分析

• 摘要：

• 目的 梳理我国村卫生室研究的现状、热点及趋势，为深入村卫生室研究提供参考。方法 以“村卫生室”或“村卫生所”或“村医疗点”为检索词，检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库中1986年1月至2021年8月符合条件的文献。进行作者合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词突现分析。结果 本研究共纳入790篇文献。1986—2021年文献发表数量呈先升后降趋势。合作网络较为分散。主要研究方向为村卫生室医疗服务的内容、服务能力、影响因素和评价、医疗保险制度与政策，体现为16个聚类；村卫生室、乡村医生的词频最高，分别为485和152次，中心性分别为1.23和0.58，是研究热点。村卫生室服务能力、基本药物制度等是近年前沿话题。结论 我国村卫生室相关研究应加强跨机构、跨团队的合作；村卫生室中医药发展状况、村卫生室服务能力评价指标体系、预防保健等或是未来的研究方向。

• Objective To sort out the research status, hotspots and trends of village health room in China, so as to provide reference for in-depth village health room research. Methods  "Village health room", "village health clinic" or "village medical point" were used as the search terms, the eligible literatures from January 1986 to August 2021 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database and VIP China Science and Technology Journal were retrieved. The author′s cooperative network, keywords co-emergence, keywords clustering, keywords emerging were analyzed. Results  Totally 790 literatures were included in this study, the number of annual publications showed a tendency to rise and then fall from 1986 to 2021, and the cooperative network was decentralized. The main research directions were the content, service capacity, influencing factors and evaluation of village health room medical services, as well as medical insurance system and policy, totally embodying in 16 clusters; village health room and village doctors had the highest word frequency as 485 and 152 times respectively, and the centrality was 1.23 and 0.58 respectively. The above two were research hotspots. The service capacity of village health room, basic drug system was the leading topic in recent years. Conclusions  The relevant research of village health room in China should strengthen the cooperative research of cross-agency and cross-team. The development of Chinese medicine, evaluation index system of service ability, preventive health care of village health room may be the future research directions.
