• 摘要：

• 间质性肺疾病是一组包括200余种疾病亚型的呼吸系统疾病，该类疾病起病隐匿，缺乏早期诊断、疾病监测以及预后评估的敏感指标。人工智能在医学中应用广泛，尤其在图像识别、疾病诊断中起重要作用。本文简要描述了人工智能在医学中的应用，介绍了人工智能作为新型技术的潜在应用价值及其在间质性肺疾病中应用的研究进展，并阐述其局限性和面临的挑战。

• Interstitial lung disease is a group of respiratory diseases including more than 200 disease subtypes. The onset of this kind of disease is hidden, and there is a lack of sensitive indicators for early diagnosis, disease monitoring and prognosis evaluation. Artificial intelligence is widely used in medicine, especially in image recognition and disease diagnosis. This paper briefly describes the application of artificial intelligence in medicine, introduces the potential application value of artificial intelligence as a new technology and its research progress in interstitial lung disease, and expounds its limitations and challenges.
