• 摘要：

• 肢端肥大症是内分泌科和神经外科罕见的内分泌紊乱性疾病，可使生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF-1）分泌过量导致全身多系统受损，引起肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常等代谢紊乱，并增加心血管疾病风险，严重影响患者的生活质量和预期寿命。研究发现，肢端肥大症患者代谢综合征及其各组分的发病率显著高于一般人群，其发病机制多与生长激素和IGF-1水平升高相关。本文旨在对肢端肥大症合并代谢综合征及其各组分的流行病学特征、致病机制和治疗等进行综述，以期引起临床重视并加深认识，为疾病防治提供依据。

• Acromegaly is a rare endocrine disorder in department of endocrinology and neurosurgery which can secrete excessive growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) that can led to multisystem damaged, obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, dyslipidemia and other metabolic disorders, to increase the risk of occurrence of cardiovascular disease and to affect patients′ quality of life and life expectancy. Studies have found that the incidence of metabolic syndrome and its components in acromegaly patients are higher than that of the general population, and the pathogenesis is correlated with elevated serum levels of GH and IGF-1. This paper reviews the prevalence, pathophysiological mechanism and treatment of metabolic syndrome and its components in patients with acromegaly, in order to cause the attention to this disease, to deepen the understanding and to provide evidences for prevention and control of this disease.
