基于CiteSpace对慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医外治法相关研究的可视化分析

• 摘要：

• 目的 基于CiteSpace探索慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医外治法相关的研究热点和研究趋势，为该领域治疗及护理提供参考。方法 检索中国知网中1994年1月1日至2022年9月25日中医外治法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的文献，利用CiteSpace可视化软件进行作者、机构和关键词的可视化聚类分析与共现分析。结果  共纳入1 056篇文献，1994—2022年发文量总体呈上升趋势，存在作者合作群，但作者联系不紧密。机构以中医药院校、中医医院为主。关键词分析得到415个关键词、15个主要关键词聚类，主要研究热点为穴位贴敷、肺功能、稳定期、针刺疗法、冬病夏治等。结论   CiteSpace软件能直观地分析出1994—2022年中医外治法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关研究逐年增多，但机构及研究团队联系较为分散，临床研究较多，基础研究相对缺乏等问题。此分析能够为我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中医外治法、临床疗效及作用机制提供研究参考。

• Objective  To explore the research hotspots and trends related to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on the base of CiteSpace, and to provide reference for the treatment and nursing in this field. Methods From January 1, 1994 to September 25, 2022, the literatures on COPD treated by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from China National Knowledge Infrastructure were retrieved, and the visual cluster analysis and co-occurrence analysis of authors, institutions and keywords were conducted using CiteSpace visualization software. ResultsA total of 1 056 literatures were included, and the number of articles published from 1994 to 2022 showed an overall upward trend. There was a cooperative group of authors, but the authors were not closely connected. The institutions are mainly colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine and hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. The keyword analysis obtained 415 keywords and 15 main keyword clusters. The main research hotspots are acupoint application, lung function, stable period, acupuncture therapy, winter disease treatment in summer and so on. Conclusions CiteSpace software can intuitively analyze the increase of research on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from 1994 to 2022, but the contact between institutions and research teams is relatively scattered, and there are many clinical studies, and basic research is relatively lacking. This analysis can provide research reference for the external treatment, clinical efficacy and mechanism of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in China.
