• 黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤是一种少见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤，此类淋巴瘤多发生于胃部，也可发生于唾液腺、甲状腺、眼眶附属器、肺等部位。因肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤发病率极低，无特异性的临床表现，极易导致误诊或漏诊，本文通过回顾性分析1例误诊的肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床特点，并结合文献进行复习，以积累经验教训，加深对该病的认识，为临床工作提供参考，减少该病的误诊。

• Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma is a rare non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma, which mainly occurs in the stomach, also in salivary glands, thyroid, orbital appendages, lungs and so on. Because pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma has very low incidence and has no specific clinical manifestations, it is easy to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This paper retrospectively analyzes the clinical characteristics of a misdiagnosed case of pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and reviews literature, so as to accumulate experiences and lessons, deepen the understanding of the disease, provide reference for clinical work and reduce misdiagnosis of this disease.
