• 摘要：

• 脑出血危害巨大，其发病率、致残率、死亡率一直居高不下，目前内科及外科治疗对于改善长期预后仍存在争议。神经干细胞（NSCs）移植作为新兴的治疗方式，移植分化后能够有效替代神经元发挥功能，同时还可以发挥抗炎症、抑制凋亡作用，是目前最有希望攻克脑出血的疗法。本文从NSCs来源、干细胞移植方式、干细胞神经修复机制、NSCs治疗的希望与挑战几个方面就NSCs在脑出血治疗中的应用研究进展进行综述。

• Cerebral hemorrhage is extremely dangerous, and its morbidity, disability rates and mortality have remained high. At present, internal medicine and surgical treatment are still controversial for improving long-term prognosis. As an emerging therapeutic modality, neural stem cells(NSCs) transplantation is the most promising treatment for cerebral hemorrhage because it can effectively replace neurons after transplantation and differentiation, and it can also exert anti-inflammatory and apoptosis inhibiting effects. This article reviews the research progress on the application of NSCs in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage from the aspects of NSCs source, stem cell transplantation, neural repair mechanism of stem cells, hope and challenge of NSCs treatment.
