一氧化碳中毒是我国致死致残率较高的中毒性疾病之一,其引发的神经系统后遗症众多。以一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)较为多见,其起病机制复杂,病程迁延难愈,是临床上的棘手问题。国内外学者意见不一,针对DEACMP的机制提出了缺血缺氧学说、免疫损伤学说等。本文总结了近年对DEACMP分子学机制的研究,希望为DEACMP的治疗提供分子靶点,为临床提供参考。
Carbon monoxide poisoning is one of the poison diseases with high mortality and disability rate in China, which causes many neurological sequelae. Delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP) is common. Its onset mechanism is complex, and the course of disease is prolonged and difficult to cure, which is a difficult problem in clinical practice. Scholars at home and abroad hold different opinions, and put forward the theory of ischemia and hypoxia and immune damage theory for the mechanism of DEACMP. This article summarizes the molecular mechanism of DEACMP in recent years, hoping to provide molecular targets for the treatment of DEACMP and clinical reference.
