• 摘要：

• 新生儿脑损伤严重威胁着儿童生命安全与生活质量，可遗留不同程度的神经系统后遗症，目前尚无完全有效的治疗方法来杜绝这些后遗症的发生。脑组织损伤后，胶质细胞更具活力，在维持大脑稳态中发挥重要作用，因此研究胶质细胞在新生儿脑损伤中的作用具有重要意义。本文就胶质细胞在新生儿脑损伤中作用及其机制的最新研究进展进行综述，以期为新生儿脑损伤的治疗提供新思路。

• Neonatal brain injury seriously threatens children′s life safety and quality of life, which can leave different degrees of neurological sequelae. At present, there is no completely effective treatment to prevent the occurrence of these sequelae. Glial cells are more active and play an important role in maintaining brain homeostasis after brain tissue injury. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the role of glial cells in neonatal brain injury. This paper reviews the latest research progress on the role and mechanism of glial cells in neonatal brain injury, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of neonatal brain injury.
