复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的相关机制及优势概述

• 摘要：

• 肛周湿疹是一种反复发作的非传染性皮肤病，病变主要发生于肛门周围，有时会累及会阴、臀部等，以渗出、易复发、瘙痒为特点。减少渗出、缩小皮损范围，缓解肛周瘙痒及解决复发等问题成为临床治疗该病的难点。目前，应用糖皮质激素类药物是肛周湿疹主要治疗手段，但由于不良反应多，停药后易复发，治疗效果并不理想。中药熏洗是以中医辨证论治为基础，注重局部与整体相结合，具有疗效显著，不良反应少等优势，易于患者接受，逐渐成为了治疗该病的常用方法，为临床治疗提供了新思路。本文对中医对肛周湿疹病因病机的认识、中药熏洗疗法的作用机制、复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的机制及与西医比较在治疗该病方面的优势等进行概述。

• Perianal eczema is a recurrent non-infectious skin disease. The lesions mainly occur around the anus, sometimes involving the perineum and buttocks, with characteristics of exudation, easy recurrence and itching. Reducing exudation and the scope of skin lesions, relieving perianal itching and resolving recurrence have become the difficulties in clinical treatment of this disease. At present, glucocorticoids is the main treatment method for perianal eczema, but due to many adverse reactions, it is easy to recur after drug withdrawal, and the curative effect is not ideal. Fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, pays attention to the combination of part and whole, and has obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions and other advantages. It is easy for patients to accept, and has gradually become a common method for treating this disease, providing a new idea for clinical treatment. This article summarizes the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of perianal eczema in traditional Chinese medicine, the mechanism of fumigation and washing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, the mechanism of treating perianal eczema with compound schizonepeta herb fumigant, and the advantages in treating this disease compared with western medicine.
