• 摘要：

• 银屑病是常见的免疫介导皮肤疾病之一，严重危害人们的生活健康，给社会带来了严重影响和负担。因此探索银屑病的发生发展机制，了解免疫功能在银屑病中的作用意义重大。白细胞介素36（IL-36）作为主要的促炎细胞因子，通过IL-36受体的信号传导促进免疫细胞浸润和炎症及趋化分子分泌，在调节生物过程和细胞通路中发挥重要作用，并在银屑病的发生发展中产生重要影响。IL-36可能是银屑病治疗干预的新靶点。本文对IL-36过度活化和相关靶向治疗在银屑病发生发展中的作用机制进行综述。

• Psoriasis is one of the common immune-mediated skin diseases, which seriously endangers people′s life and health, and brings serious impact and burden to society. Therefore, it is of great significance to actively explore the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Understanding the role of immune function in psoriasis and the interaction between innate immune system and adaptive immune system is useful to control this complex disease. As a major inflammatory cytokine, interleukin-36(IL-36) promotes immune cell infiltration and secretion of inflammatory and chemotactic molecules through signal transduction of IL-36 receptor, plays an important role in regulating biological processes and cellular pathways, and has an important impact on the occurrence and development of psoriasis. IL-36 may be a potential research direction of psoriasis and a new target of therapeutic intervention. This paper reviews the role and mechanism of IL-36 overactivation and targeted therapy in the development of psoriasis.
