• 摘要：

• 含V-set免疫球蛋白域蛋白4（VSIG4）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一，属于B7家族相关蛋白，为Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白，特异表达于静息的组织巨噬细胞，主要抑制M1型巨噬细胞的极化和T细胞的增殖与活化。VSIG4参与了多种肾脏疾病的发生发展，VSIG4的表达对肾脏疾病的诊断、治疗和预后起到关键作用，为进一步了解VSIG4与肾脏相关疾病的关系，本文综述了近几年VSIG4在肾脏相关疾病的研究，以期为临床提供一定的参考。

• V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 4（VSIG4） is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and belongs to the B7 family related proteins, and it is a type Ⅰ transmembrane protein that is specifically expressed in resting tissue macrophages and mainly inhibits the polarization of M1 type macrophage and the proliferation and activation of T cells. VSIG4 is involved in the occurrence and development of various kidney diseases, and the expression of VSIG4 plays a key role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of kidney diseases. To further understand the relationship between VSIG4 and kidney related diseases, this article summarizes the researches on VSIG4 in kidney related diseases in recent years, in order to provide a certain reference for clinical practice.
