• 摘要：

• 儿童闭塞性细支气管炎作为一种难逆性及渐进性慢性阻塞性肺部疾病，其恢复慢，治疗周期长，出院后的复诊随诊是一个长期过程。确诊后复诊随诊的过程中如何监测评估闭塞性细支气管炎患儿的病情发展变化已经成为研究闭塞性细支气管炎的重要临床课题之一。在临床工作中我们可应用高分辨率CT、肺功能检查及临床表现等对闭塞性细支气管炎患儿的病情进行评估，与此同时也应进一步探索如炎症因子、抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体、血管内皮生长因子等更多的指标对闭塞性细支气管炎患儿进行更加全面、方便地评估。本文对临床上评估闭塞性细支气管炎患儿病情变化的一些相关指标进行总结阐述。

• Bronchiolitis obliterans in children, as a refractory and progressive chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, has slow recovery and a long treatment cycle. Follow-up after discharge is a long-term process. How to monitor and evaluate the development and changes of children with bronchiolitis obliterans during follow-up after diagnosis has become one of the important clinical topics for studying bronchiolitis obliterans. In clinical work, high-resolution CT, lung function examination, and clinical manifestations can be used to evaluate the condition of children with bronchiolitis obliterans. At the same time, further exploration should be conducted on more comprehensive and convenient evaluation of children with bronchiolitis obliterans, such as inflammatory factors, anti neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies, and vascular endothelial growth factor. This article summarizes and elaborates on some relevant indicators for evaluating the changes in the condition of children with bronchiolitis obliterans in clinical practice.
