• 摘要：

• 奥司他韦是一种强效的选择性流感病毒神经氨酸酶抑制剂，通过干扰病毒从被感染的宿主细胞中释放而阻抑流感病毒的传播，可减少流感并发症并缩短病程，具有不易耐药和患者耐受性好等优点，是临床用于抗流感病毒的一线药物，目前广泛应用于甲、乙型流感的治疗和预防。本文通过对近年来关于奥司他韦不良反应的文献进行综述，发现奥司他韦引起的不良反应主要包括胃肠道反应、精神异常、皮肤损害等，以期为临床合理用药提供参考。

• Oseltamivir is a powerful selective neuraminidase inhibitor of influenza virus, which inhibits the transmission of influenza virus by interfering with the release of virus from infected host cells. It can reduce influenza complications and shorten the course of the disease, has the advantages of low resistance and well tolerated by patients, and is a first-line drug for clinical use against influenza virus. Currently, oseltamivir is widely used in clinical treatment and prevention of influenza A and B. This article reviews literatures on adverse reactions to oseltamivir in recent years and finds that the adverse reactions caused by oseltamivir mainly include gastrointestinal reactions, mental disorder, skin damage, etc., in order to provide reference for rational clinical medication.
