微小RNA及相关信号通路参与缺血性脑卒中炎症反应的机制及中医药干预研究进展

• 摘要：

• 炎症反应是缺血性脑卒中（IS）发生发展的重要因素。其中微小RNA（miR）是基因表达的重要调控因子，可调节相关信号蛋白水平，激活或抑制相关炎症信号通路，在IS引起的炎症反应中发挥关键作用，可作为诊断和治疗IS的分子靶点。中药多组分、多靶点、多通路的特点在临床治疗IS中取得显著的效果，部分中药提取物、中药复方可通过调控miR及炎症信号通路，改善IS炎症损伤，起到神经保护作用，展现出巨大研究前景。本文结合中医药现代研究，以miR及炎症信号通路为切入点，对miR及其相关信号通路参与IS炎症，以及中医药干预炎症反应的具体分子机制作一综述，以期为IS的防治及后续研究提供参考。

• Inflammatory response is an important factor in the development of ischemic stroke (IS). Among them, microRNA (miR) is an important regulator of gene expression, which can regulate the level of related signal proteins, activate or inhibit related inflammatory signaling pathways, plays a key role in the inflammatory response caused by IS, and can be used as a molecular target for the diagnosis and treatment of IS. The characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway of traditional Chinese medicine have achieved remarkable results   in the clinical treatment of IS. Some traditional Chinese medicine extracts and compounds can improve IS inflammatory injury by regulating miR and inflammatory signaling pathways, and play a neuroprotective role, showing great research prospects. Based on the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper takes miR and inflammatory signaling pathway as the starting point, and reviews the specific molecular mechanism of miR molecules, miR regulation related signaling pathways involved in IS inflammation, and traditional Chinese medicine intervention in inflammatory response, in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of IS and follow-up research.
