• 摘要：

• 视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病（NMOSD）是一种主要由体液免疫介导，以视神经、脊髓和极后区受累为主的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病，具有女性多见、复发频繁、高致残性的特点。因好发于育龄期女性，妊娠期及产后复发风险增加，且控制该病复发的多种免疫抑制剂具有致畸性等不良反应，因而育龄期患者应根据自身病情，做好妊娠计划，选择合适的药物。本文围绕NMOSD患者在计划妊娠、妊娠期、哺乳期间的免疫治疗研究进展进行综述。

• Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders(NMOSD) is an inflammatory demyelinating disease of central nervous system, which mainly affects the optic nerve, spinal cord and area postrema , mediated by humoral immunity. NMOSD is more common in young female, with frequent recurrence and high disability. Due to mainly occurred in child-bearing period female, increased risk of recurrence during pregnancy and after childbirth, and teratogenicity of immunosuppressive agents to control relapses of NMOSD, female patients should make pregnancy plans and choose appropriate drugs according to their own conditions. This paper provides a review of research progress in immunotherapy for NMOSD patients during planned pregnancy, pregnancy, and lactation.
