  • 长链非编码RNA作为人类疾病(尤其是肿瘤领域)的关键调节因子而备受关注。其中,长链非编码RNA小核仁RNA宿主基因9(SNHG9)除了参与软骨细胞凋亡和脂肪干细胞分化外,在许多恶性肿瘤中也表现出关键的调控作用。SNHG9在不同肿瘤组织表现出不同的功能,作为原癌基因在前列腺癌、子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌、神经胶质瘤、甲状腺癌和肝细胞癌中发挥关键作用;相反,在膀胱癌、卵巢癌、胃癌和胰腺癌中,它起到抑癌基因的作用。值得注意的是,两项关于肺癌组织中SNHG9的研究得出了相互矛盾的结果。本文简要介绍SNHG9的结构和部分功能。此外,重点讨论了SNHG9在竞争性内源性RNA调控和DNA甲基化修饰中的作用。本文除对相关研究进行总结外,还指出未来研究的出发点。需要进一步研究以全面了解SNHG9在竞争性内源性RNA调控、DNA甲基化修饰以及不同肿瘤组织发挥不同作用的具体机制,阐明SNHG9在不同肿瘤组织中的精确功能并揭示其潜在的分子机制对于确定新的治疗靶点和诊断标志物具有重要意义。

  • Long non-coding RNA has attracted much attention as a key regulator of human diseases (especially in the field of tumors). Among them, long non-coding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 9(SNHG9) not only participates in chondrocyte apoptosis and adipose stem cell differentiation, but also plays a key regulatory role in many malignant tumors. SNHG9 exhibits different functions in different tumor tissues, and plays a key role as a proto-oncogene in prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, breast cancer, glioma, thyroid cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma; on the contrary, it plays an inhibit role in bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach and pancreatic cancer. Notably, two studies of SNHG9 in lung cancer tissues yielded conflicting results  . This article briefly introduces the structure and partial functions of SNHG9. In addition, the role of SNHG9 in the regulation of competitive endogenous RNA and DNA methylation modification was highlighted. In addition to summarizing related research, this paper also points out the starting point for future research. Further research is needed to fully understand the specific mechanism of SNHG9 in competitive endogenous RNA regulation, DNA methylation modification, and different roles in different tumor tissues, to clarify the precise function of SNHG9 in different tumor tissues. Revealing its underlying molecular mechanism is of great significance for therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers.
