• 摘要：

• 神经外科手术后中枢神经系统感染是少见且严重的并发症，易致患者残疾甚至死亡，危险因素较多，临床症状隐匿，脑脊液细菌检出率低、细菌耐药率呈逐年增高趋势，治疗十分棘手。本文就神经外科手术后中枢神经系统感染的病因、诊断、治疗及预防的研究进展进行综述。

• Postoperative central nervous system infection is a rare and serious complication, which is easy to cause disability or even death. It has many risk factors, hidden clinical symptoms, low detection rate of bacteria in cerebrospinal fluid, and the rate of bacterial resistance shows an increasing trend year by year. These factors cause difficult treatment. This article reviews the research progress of etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of postoperative central nervous system infection.
