• 摘要：

• 线粒体自噬可靶向选择性清除功能受损的线粒体，从而维持线粒体动力学平衡。糖尿病长期高血糖使线粒体自噬发生异常，引起受损线粒体增加，是糖尿病慢性并发症发生发展的重要原因。近年来，线粒体自噬因在人类疾病的发生机制中扮演重要角色而备受关注。本文将对线粒体自噬与糖尿病慢性并发症发病机制的关系及进展作一综述。

• Mitochondrial autophagy targets mitochondria with impaired function through autophagy, thus maintaining mitochondrial dynamic balance. Hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus causes abnormal mitochondrial autophagy and increases the accumulation of damaged mitochondria, which is an important reason for the occurrence and development of chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. In recent years, mitochondrial autophagy has attracted great attention because of its important role in the pathogenesis of human diseases. This article reviews the relationship and progress of mitochondrial autophagy and the pathogenesis of chronic complications of diabetes mellitus.
