• 摘要：

• 随着人民生活水平的提高，代谢相关脂肪性肝病的患病人数逐年增加，发病年龄呈现年轻化，成为我国第一大肝病。查阅近年关于代谢相关脂肪性肝病传统医学和现代医学治疗的文献，本文主要从病名、病因病机、中医和西医治疗来进行综述，认为中医与西医结合对防治代谢相关脂肪性肝病，减缓疾病进展具有重要意义，为代谢相关脂肪性肝病的中西医诊治提供依据。

• With the improvement of people′s living standards, the number of patients with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease is increasing year by year, the age of onset is younger, and it has become the first major liver disease in China. The literature on the traditional and modern medical treatment of metabolism-associated fatty liver disease in the past five years was reviewed from the disease name, etiology and pathogenesis, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment. It is believed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is of great significance to prevent and treat metabolism-associated fatty liver disease and slow down the progress of the disease, and also provides a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of western medicine.
