  • 肝细胞癌是世界上极具侵袭性的实体恶性肿瘤之一,发病隐匿,早期易发生浸润和转移,导致多数患者确诊时已失去手术最佳时期。神经菌毛素1(NRP1)在肝细胞癌中发挥巨大的作用,其可促进血管生成、肿瘤生长以及肿瘤侵袭和转移,甚至介导免疫逃逸,值得注意的是,NRP1还可与微小RNA相互作用介导肝细胞癌的发生、发展。故进一步研究NRP1在肝细胞癌中的作用机制,使其未来能够作为肿瘤侵袭转移的诊断标志物以及新治疗靶点具有极其重要的意义。本文将从NRP1出发,对其与肝细胞癌之间的关系以及介导的肿瘤侵袭转移的潜在机制进行综述。

  • Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most aggressive solid malignant tumors in the world. The onset of HCC is occult, and it is easy to infiltrate and metastasized in the early stage, which leads to the loss of the optimal period of surgery when most patients are diagnosed. Studies have shown that neuropilin 1 (NRP1) plays a huge role in HCC, promoting angiogenesis, tumor growth, tumor invasion and metastasis, and even mediating immune escape, it is worth noting that NRP1 can also interact with microRNA to mediate the occurrence and development of HCC. Moreover, it is of great significance to further study the mechanism of NRP1 in HCC, so that it can be used as a diagnostic marker of tumor invasion and metastasis and a new therapeutic target in the future. This paper starts from NRP1 to explore the relationship between NRP1 and HCC and the potential mechanism of tumor invasion and metastasis mediated by NRP1.
