• 摘要：

• 阿尔茨海默病（AD）是一种年龄依赖性的神经退行性疾病，被认为是痴呆最常见的类型。近年来中医药在AD的治疗中发挥了重要作用，探索中医药预防和治疗AD的机制研究较多，研究表明中药单体及中药复方均可通过靶向信号因子调控AD相关信号通路以延缓疾病进展。本文通过对参与AD病理形成过程的相关信号转导通路及中医药防治的作用机制等研究成果进行综述，以期为临床诊治AD提供参考依据。

• Alzheimer′s disease (AD) is an age-dependent neurodegenerative disease that is considered to be the most common type of dementia. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the treatment of AD. Many studies have explored the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of AD. Studies have shown that both traditional Chinese medicine monomers and traditional Chinese medicine compounds can regulate AD-related signaling pathways by targeting signaling factors to delay the progression of the disease. This article reviews the research results of signal transduction pathways involved in the pathological process of AD and the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of AD, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD.
