• 摘要：

• 急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的发病率在我国目前仍呈上升趋势，危重者可发生心脏骤停，心脏骤停后死亡率极高。积极评估患者病情变化，预警心脏骤停的发生，及时给予临床干预，可降低死亡率。目前临床评估方法主要靠预警因素。本文主要从分子生物学、一般临床特征、实验室及辅助检查指标、预警模型及评分等方面对ACS导致心脏骤停的预警因素进行综述。

• The incidence rate of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is still on the rise in China. Cardiac arrest (CA) can occur in critically ill patients, and the mortality after cardiac arrest is extremely high. Active assessment of patients′ condition changes, early warning of the occurrence of cardiac arrest, and timely clinical intervention can reduce mortality. At present, clinical assessment methods mainly rely on early warning factors. This article mainly reviews the early warning factors of cardiac arrest caused by ACS from the aspects of molecular biology, general clinical characteristics, laboratory and auxiliary examination indicators, early warning models and scores.
