• 摘要：

• 原发性高血压病（EH）是常见的慢性病之一，其发病率高，是心血管疾病最突出的危险因素。研究表明炎症反应在高血压病的发生、发展及转归中扮演着极其重要的角色，炎症因子、炎症相关信号通路等均参与EH的发病。本文对EH相关炎症反应进行综述，以期更好地揭示炎症反应在EH发生发展中的作用，为EH在临床中的预防和治疗以及相关的基础实验研究提供思路。

• Essential hypertension (EH), one of the most common chronic diseases with a high incidence, is the most prominent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Recent studies have shown that inflammation plays an extremely important role in the occurrence, development and outcome of hypertension, and inflammatory factors and inflammation-related signaling pathways are involved in the pathogenesis of EH. This review is aimed at better revealing the role of inflammation in the occurrence and development of EH, in order to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of EH in clinic and related basic experimental research.
