• 摘要：

• 氧化应激是导致慢性肾脏病发生和进展的重要病理变化，因此抗氧化成为治疗慢性肾脏病的关键策略。白藜芦醇的一个重要生物学功能便是抗氧化，它可以通过减少体内自由基、调节细胞信号通路、调节肾脏微生态环境、抑制线粒体功能障碍等方式来减轻肾脏氧化应激的程度发挥保护肾脏组织的作用。本文对白藜芦醇在慢性肾脏病中的抗氧化作用进行综述。

• Oxidative stress is an important pathological change leading to the occurrence and progression of chronic kidney disease, so antioxidant has become a key strategy for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. One of the important biological functions of resveratrol is antioxidant, which can reduce the degree of oxidative stress in the kidney by reducing free radicals in the body, regulating cell signaling pathways, regulating renal micro-ecological environment, and inhibiting mitochondrial dysfunction to protect kidney tissue. This article reviews the antioxidant effect of resveratrol in chronic kidney disease.
