• 摘要：

• 癌症是全球主要死亡原因之一，对人类健康构成严重威胁。近年来，纳米医学取得较大进展，石墨烯及其衍生物具有优异的光学吸收性、热学传导性、电学和力学特性，并含有大量的含氧活性基团,可通过多种方式进行功能化修饰改变其性能，使其在癌症的诊疗中表现出多种应用潜能。本综述详细阐述石墨烯及其衍生物在癌症治疗中的潜在靶点，并介绍其在癌症诊断中的作用，最后总结并展望存在的挑战及未来发展方向，为癌症诊疗提供新的思路。

• Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide and poses a serious threat to human health. In recent years, great progress has been made in nanomedicine. Graphene and its derivatives have excellent optical absorption, thermal conductivity, electrical and mechanical properties, and contain a large number of oxygen-containing active groups, which can be functionally modified in a variety of ways to change their properties, so that they can show a variety of application potential in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This review elaborates on the potential targets of graphene and its derivatives in cancer treatment, introduces its role in cancer diagnosis, and finally summarizes and looks forward to the existing challenges and future development directions, so as to provide new ideas for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
