• 摘要：

• 近年来胃癌发病率有所下降，但胃印戒细胞癌发病率显著升高。相较于非印戒细胞癌，晚期胃印戒细胞癌的预后较差，这与其分子病理学特征及化疗耐药密切相关。胃印戒细胞癌的分子表达谱有望成为潜在的治疗靶点及生物标志物。现本文就胃印戒细胞癌的分子病理学特征及其治疗的最新进展进行综述。

• Recent years, the incidence of gastric cancer has decreased but the rate of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma(GSRCC) has distinctly increased by year. Compared with non-GSRCC, the prognosis of patient with GSRCC is extremely poor, which is closely related to its special pathological and molecular features and poor sensibility of chemotherapy drugs. Moreover, some molecular expressions may be potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers. Now we have reviewed the progress of GSRCC.
