妇炎净胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨在头孢曲松钠的基础上联用妇炎净胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法 选取安徽医科大学附属亳州医院2020年10月至2023年9月收治的90例慢性盆腔炎患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（45例）和对照组（45例）。对照组给予头孢曲松钠进行治疗，观察组在头孢曲松钠的基础上联合妇炎净胶囊进行治疗，2组均治疗7 d。比较2组的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间以及治疗前后血液流变学指标和血清炎症指标。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组［91.1%（41/45）比75.6%（34/45）］，白带增多、下腹部坠胀感、腰骶胀痛改善时间均短于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗后2组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、单核细胞趋化蛋白及白细胞介素6水平均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗期间2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 在头孢曲松钠的基础上联合妇炎净胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎可获得较好的效果，并能有效改善患者血液流变学紊乱的状态，降低患者体内的炎症，且安全性较好。

• Objective To investigate the effect of Fuyanjing capsules combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Bozhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium, and the observation group was treated with Fuyanjing capsules on the basis of ceftriaxone sodium. Both groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy, improvement time of clinical symptoms, hemorheological indexes and serum inflammatory indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［91.1%（41/45） vs 75.6%（34/45）］, and the improvement time of leucorrhea, lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain were shorter than those of the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, monocyte chemotactic protein and interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Ceftriaxone sodium combined with Fuyanjing capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can achieve good effect, and can effectively improve the state of hemorheology disorders, reduce the inflammation in patients with good safety.
